Training Department
Services able to be outsourced by the mine's Training Department may include:
- Training Department personnel who can look after a generic email inbox, training logistics, course scheduling and bookings, and training administration.
- Data entry within the mine’s learner management system (or similar software). This may include data entry such as:
- bookings and course outcomes
- generation and actioning of attendance records
- generation of course confirmations and reminders
- management of a course wait list
- processing booking cancellations and course changes
- processing training resource bookings such as venues and operational trainers
- Scanning, renaming and uploading of assessments and training related documentation to specified locations
- Access to and usage of site software including any Learner Management System and induction platforms
- Generation and provision of training transcripts
- Maintenance of onsite stock levels (course documentation, assessments, class sets, etc)
- Compilation of procedures for future onboarding of staff
