Specific areas of DISC application
Sales and Sales Strategy:
Staff will learn to quickly recognise the preferred behavioural and communication style of clients. This ensures greater time efficiency and productivity within the team.
Employing new staff
Identifying personality traits at the interview stage, can circumvent staff turnover by ensuring the new member is a ‘best fit’ for the role and team personality dynamics. Staff turnover is very expensive – for the business in dollar value, and for other staff in training time spent, as well as any resultant friction caused by personality clashes.
